ACI performed work in this museum-like visitor' center. ACI's biggest concern was protection of the owner’s exhibits and to remain productive while maintaining safety. Vast portions of the ceiling were removed and replaced for access to the HVAC systems.

ACI installed a new chiller to serve the HVAC-2 area. We also replaced a portion of the air handling unit HVAC-3 which included a new cooling unit; preheat coil and filter mixing box section. We completely demolished an antiquated hydronic boiler and related appurtenances from the mechanical room. We installed two new efficient boilers for hydronic heating, new boiler exhaust stacks, a custom packaged air handling unit with related ductwork, piping and electrical components. Roof repairs were made where the existing equipment was removed and the new equipment was installed. The demolished materials were disposed of as per EPA's requirements.
